 Well, it has been a long week Chemo went well and then on Monday I started a cold. that was not nearly as much fun I was not feeling well and spent a lot of time sleeping something like 10 hours a day I slept. It is not Sunday and that also has been interesting our water heater is leaking we found it on Saturday so that meant looking at getting a new one found one on sale at Menards so that was a trip to Waterloo, and we got to purchase a new water heater and today is install day. Fred is 2/3 of the way done with that he of course had to run to West Union for a few more parts. Not really a surprise as you never have an install go as expected and needs a few more plumbing parts is just another step-in the process. So hopeful we will be back in business a little later this afternoon. 

I did spend some time in my sewing room yesterday and today will have to get a picture taken an added in on my Over the Hill to Grandmothers house quilt top. I found a print to use for the final border so now to go sew flying geese blocks together that go around the outside. 

I have 3 quilts to bind and a couple smaller ones to quilt. all part of the fun of having finishes. I got my flannel courthouse step quilt back from the quilter and it is not one of the quilts waiting for binding.  That will be a warm quilt as it has flannel on the back and front and batting, so it makes a heavy quilt nice for a cold winter night. 

I am off for a walk to the Opera House in town to check and make sure the heat has been turned down and all the doors are locked as we have been finding the heat left on and one door always seems to be left open. I kind of think Fred unlocks it and no one uses that door, so it is not being locked after church. I hope to fix that issue and get me out of the house for a short walk.
